CREATE UP-SELL OFFERS is the secret to instantly increasing your profits by up to 500% or more. Here's a simple way to do it:

(1) Create Up-sell offers for your products. (example: you sell an e-book for $39.95 at the point of sale or right after as they are going to the download page to get their product, you offer them a "one-time" only offer for a bigger ticket item that costs $97 or more. There seems to be a lot of the same old crap about how to find a niche online business. I say cut the crap and just do somethig. Pick up a favorite magazine and focus on whatever floats your boat.

They say to stay away from niches that are crowded but I tend to believe that if there is room for others there's room for me too. I mean after all, weren't we told when it comes to classified advertising to go where the action is?

Sure if you are lucky enough to find a hidden niche all to yourself go ahead and milk it, but I gurantee you that it won't be long before someone else will start marketing in that same niche. It's like sharks, once they smell the blood they show up fast.

I say if you want to do well for a long time in any niche market just be the best and out perform the others by being just a bit more committed.

1 - Recreating the advertising and even the title - I found that by creating my own sales flyers in mail order I got better response sales wise. Especially since I could produce nice clean laser-printed copies for my customers.

2 - Bundling [tag]reprint rights products[/tag] together into a special offer - The first time I did this was by taking a bunch of stale reports that had hot titles and turning them into booklets with their own sales materials. It worked quite well and I sold a lot of this product.

3 - Using exciting products - Again, to sell [tag]reprint rights[/tag] products, first make sure they are hot juicy titles that people actually want.

4 - Nice looking graphics - I like to make my products look like toys that people just gotta have. Nothing beats exciting-looking graphics.

5 - A large selection - In my mail order business, the first thing I wanted to do was look professional by having a large selection of [tag]reprintable booklets, reports and manuals[/tag].

You can do this by regularly browsing 4 trend and event "hot spots"…

1. Active Forums. Find at least one ACTIVE forum related to your market and regularly visit it to look for ideas. Keyword here is "active". The ideal forum will have a number of participants who regularly post messages.

2. News Feeds. You can begin with Google.com's news center at http://news.google.com. You should also look for a news feed or site that is specific to your field of interest. For example: I regularly visit http://ChristianHeadlines.com to stay on top of events related to some of my Christian sites.

3. Article Directories. Spend a few minutes at your favorite article directory, focusing specifically on the NEWEST articles posted and the TOP RECENT articles read. I regularly check http://goarticles.com.

4. Competitor's Lists. You'll also want to "spy" on what your competition is doing by joining their lists. When a major competitor begins highlighting certain topics in their content (I.E. "articles") and / or releases or promotes a specific product, it's a good indication that you should pay attention.

All of these things allow you to capitalize on the current buzz!

Create small reports based on these buzz-worthy topics.
